The "Transfer" command(key1 & key3) is used to upload/download data between
the PC and the programmer. The message "Down Load?" was shown, waiting for user to choose
which mode to enter.(Note: Before this command was issued, the correct device name 
should be already chosed.)
Get the programmer ready to download:
Before enter the download mode by depressing the "yes"(key1), the ICs should be insert
into the slave sockets so the blank checking process can be conducted onto them. When 
the message "Down Load Rdy.." shows up, the programmer is ready to receive data from
PC. At this time then the command "PROMUTIL.EXE" at the PC side can be issued.
If you see a "Clear Buffer?" message, it means that the programmer already had receive
one byte of data before enter the ready status. The user has to decide how to handle it. 
The only situation this one should be kept is that you are in the middle of coping a huge file 
into multiple chips and ready for a next one. Or else, in most cases, you must discard it 
by depressing the "yes"(key1).
Get the programmer ready to upload:
Before enter the upload mode, the IC should be insert into the master socket. When the
message "Up Load Ready." shows up, the programmer is ready to send date to PC.
At this time then the command "PROMUTIL.EXE" at the PC side can be issued.
Prepare the PC to start the transfer:
After the programmer was ready, just execute the "PROMUTIL.EXE" on the PC and 
following its instruction to start the transfer session.
How to abort:
Before the transfer really started, you can abort this command by depressing the transfer
(key1 & key2) command again.
